“Valle dei Trulli”

Soppressata is made of lean exclusively Italian pork meat, coarsely chopped with a balanced portion of pork belly. It is dried in an irregularly shaped natural casing or, curly, to ensure that the seasoning is different from slice to slice, and to give a slight very pleasant acidulous taste, which surprises you, especially when eaten with warm unrefined semolina bread.
